Bad credit, recent foreclosure, and those that would just rather rent than own! Whatever the reason, they can be your best clients. AND most renters become buyers at some point. Why not get to know them first? Rental showings are similar to real estate showings only instead of a commission percentage on sale price, you normally get a flat fee.

We find the renters for your home, collect payments, deal with the fixes (well we do have a construction company as part of our office! :)), and make it easy for you to feel confident in your income property.
